This hotel video production was created to illustrate specialist training of the hotel’s kitchen staff and to create transparency with the public on the work done in the hotel’s kitchen during production of meals for the hotel’s fine dining restaurant.
Hotel video production project overview:
Location scouting and an understanding of what was required to be photographed and integrated in this hotel video production was of primary importance in ensuring all aspects of meal production was presented in sequence that best presented the hotel’s management of time and food preparation.
Photographs chosen from our photoshoot were selected to illustrate ingredients, equipment and practices used in meal preparation and presentation in the hotel’s fine dining restaurant.
As time was limited during creation of the meals, our photographer worked solely with available light and on camera flash during photography in the hotel’s kitchen, and professional lighting of the completed dishes in the client’s dining area.

Experienced filming for BBC Worldwide, ITV and RTE and providing aerial drone photography and video production services throughout Ireland and the UK.
