He debuted onscreen in Conor McPherson’s The Eclipse (2009) and went on to appear in Vivarium (2019) alongside Imogen Poots and Jesse Eisenberg. In television, he is known for Rob Hegarty in Normal People (2020), Joe Ryan in Smother (2021–2023), Sebastian Valtor in Fate: The Winx Saga (Netflix, Season 2, 2022), Ben Field in The Sixth Commandment (BBC One, 2023)—for which he won a Royal Television Society Programme Award and an IFTA, and earned a BAFTA nomination and Silas Reed in The Doll Factory (Paramount+, 2023). His film credits also include Lakelands (2022)—earning him a Bingham Ray New Talent Award—and About Joan, The Sparrow, and William Tell slated for 2024–25. In 2025, he will portray Roy Keane in Saipan. On stage, he appears in the forthcoming National Theatre production of The Playboy of the Western World in London (Dec 2025–Feb 2026). He has also been honored as one of the European Shooting Stars 2024 and awarded a Wilde Card at the Oscar Wilde Awards for rising talent
