Commissioned by video production company, Wall To Wall, for the BBC series, The Genius Of Photography, Dublin and Belfast based director of photography Stephen S T Bradley filmed for the series in County Armagh, N. Ireland.

Commissioned by Wall To Wall Productions, for a BBC series entitled The Genius If Photography, Stephen filmed Magnum Agency photographer Donovan Wylie photographing the British Army dismantling their watchtowers on the hilltops overlooking Bessbrook County Armagh for an exhibition of the photographer’s work commissioned by, Stephen was tasked with filming Donovan preparing for and during this photoshoot

Often shot from a helicopter and featuring  watchtowers and surrounding fortifications,, where hi-tech cameras and listening devices, were used to track civilian movement on both sides of the border, and signalling the surveillance future that we all, to some degree, now inhabit.

Comprising six episodes, The Genius Of Photography is a documentary series exploring the history of photography – from daguerreotype to digital, portraits to photo-journalism and art to advertising photography by some of the worlds best preactitionrs of this artform.
